Code of Conduct
  1. Students must observe silence in the college premises. They must read quietly in the Library and spend other spare time in such a way as not to cause disturbance to others.
  2. Students must be punctual and regular in attendance with minimum of 75% attendance of lectures held. It is mandatory for students to attend all the Seminars, Symposium, Workshops, Legal Aid Camps, Guest Lecturer and other Co-Curricular activities organised be the College, failing which they will not be eligible to appear in the examination.
  3. No Society or Association of the students will be started without the explicit permission of the Principal. No person shall be invited to address or entertain the students of the College without proper permission of the Principal.
  4. Every student of the College should always carry the Identity Card provided by the College with him/her in and outside the College and should produce it whenever called upon to do so by the relevant authorities.
  5. The students are bound by all the Rules and Regulations laid by the College from time to time. Any matter not expressly provided for in these rules shall vest at the absolute discretion of the Principal who also reserves the right of modifying these rules as and when felt necessary.
  6. The College reserves the right to expel any student for any reason deemed sufficient by the Principal.
  7. Students are required to read the Notices put up on the Notice Boards of the College and/or the College website. The college shall not accept any responsibility for any loss/damage incurred by the student owning to his/her failure to read the notice in time.
  8. Smoking, chewing paans, gutkha, tobacco, alcohol and use of Drugs are strictly prohibited in the College premises.
  9. Anyone found indulging in ragging in any form within and outside the College will be instantly expelled from the College and action will be initiated as per relevant Acts, Statutes passed by the Central or State Government/Dibrugarh University.
  10. Students should show due regard to rights and property of College. Any student found guilty of tampering/damaging the property, fixtures, equipment, furniture, books, building, vehicles, etc in the College shall be punishable and might be liable for expulsion from the College.
  11. It is the student's responsibility to know and be familiar with the latest rules, information and regulations of Dibrugarh University relating to their academic and connected matters. In case of any dispute, ignorance of rules and regulations cannot be used as an excuse.
