This committee is formed to nurture students' mental, physical, and cultural growth, to dopt various innovative activities to help in the personality development of the students, and to make them civilized Indian citizens to compete in the globalized world.

Composition of the Committee
Chairperson: Dr. Gautomi Dutta, Principal, Dr. R. K. B. Law College
Faculty Coordinator cum Convener:: Ms. Manalisa Medhi, Assistant Professor, Dr. R. K. B. Law College
Member: Shri R. K. Agarwalla, Vice-Principal, Dr. R. K. B. Law College
Student Member:: ne student from each semester is to be nominated by the Principal after consultation with other members.

Tenure
The tenure of the Committee shall be three years. However, the student members may be changed upon completion of each year.

FUNCTIONS AND POWERS

1. To promote and coordinate the various student-centric activities for the betterment of students
2. To supervise the proper implementation of the Government's scholarship schemes for the students in the College
3. To coordinate with other persons / institutions / bodies willing to provide scholarship schemes for the students of the College.
4. To develop and run other welfare schemes for students
5. To organize career counseling cum motivational workshops
6. To supervise proper implementation of Mentorship Programmes
7. To take initiatives for financial aid to needy students for free admission, exam fee, etc. through sponsorships
8. Any other activity of similar nature
