The Committee is formed as per decision of the Meeting of the Faculty Members of the College held on 06/01/2024. The Committee is formed to take necessary and appropriate decisions regarding organization of a college event. The committee will also prepare the necessary budget for any such event. The committee may further entrust duties and responsibilities to other stake-holders of the College in connection with organization of an event and may also form various sub-committees for smooth organization of an event. The committee may adopt students members to the committee if feels necessary.
