About
The Students Grievance Redressal Cell has been formed in the College to settle genuine grievances of students up to a satisfaction level so as to create a healthy relationship among the students. It provides a structured and effective complaints redressal mechanism.The grievance will include any matter relating to students. The Cell proactively gives an opportunity to everyone in the institution to be listened to so that any feeling of injustice is sorted out promptly.

Objectives

1. To ensure Democratic environment in the Campus
2. To solve the various grievances of the students
3. To make the institution students friendly
4. To ensure the qualitative development of the institution through the StudentsGrievance Redressal Cell

Functions

1. To make all necessary arrangements for receiving representations/ complaints/ grievances from students relating to general problems
2. To examine the grievances
3. To make necessary recommendation to the Principal
4. To do all such things as may be assigned by the Principal in connection with settlement of a grievance

Jurisdiction
The extent of jurisdiction of this Cell shall confine within the premises of Dr. Rohini Kanta Barua Law College and as such no outside grievance will be entertained
